I thought that this was a very informative dessert cookbook--there was a lot of pages dedicated to technique and a section dedicated to ingredients （flours， extracts， powders， creams， etc。） and equipment/materials; all which is great for a beginning baker and treat enthousiast。 A lot of these desserts do require a bit of time and effort （which isn't a bad thing。。。learning these recipes can certainly help your baking game）。 I would recommend this recipe book for anyone looking for a big dessert t I thought that this was a very informative dessert cookbook--there was a lot of pages dedicated to technique and a section dedicated to ingredients （flours， extracts， powders， creams， etc。） and equipment/materials; all which is great for a beginning baker and treat enthousiast。 A lot of these desserts do require a bit of time and effort （which isn't a bad thing。。。learning these recipes can certainly help your baking game）。 I would recommend this recipe book for anyone looking for a big dessert to conquer one weekend， or anyone looking to impress their fellow friends/colleagues with a cool and different dessert。 。。。more
